The short version: our apps collect no personal data. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no accounts. Nothing you open in a Cuyo app is sent to us, because there is no server of ours for it to be sent to.
Our apps work with files you already have. Everything derived from them — thumbnails, playback positions, captured stills, and your settings — is stored on your device and nowhere else. We have no access to any of it.
An app makes a network connection only when you ask it to: when you open a URL you supplied yourself, or open a file from a network share you've connected in Files. That connection goes directly from your device to the server you chose. We are not in the middle of it, and we don't log it.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether a purchase is active. We never see or receive your payment details, and we don't operate any account system of our own.
Apple's own handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Our apps contain no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting services. No data about you or your files is shared with anyone, because none is collected in the first place.
Because our apps collect no personal data from anyone, they collect none from children either.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message and keep it only as long as needed to help you. We don't add you to a mailing list or use your address for anything else.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date above. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
