We aim to reply within a couple of business days.

Reporting a problem

A few details up front usually saves a round trip:

• Your device and iOS version
• The app and its version number
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• For playback issues: the file's container and codec, if you know them — and whether it's a local file, a network share, or a URL

If a specific file is involved and you're able to share it, a short clip that reproduces the problem is more useful than anything else you can send.

Requests

Feature requests are welcome at the same address. We can't build everything, but we read all of them and they genuinely shape what gets worked on next.
